We had the best experience tonight at TFK @La Encantada mainly because our wonderful server Marcus! He went above and beyond to ensure we all were thoroughly taken care of in his genuine manner!
The edamame dumplings were our favorite appetizer and a must try! The kale salad is the absolute best in Tucson and the Thai glass noodle bowl with tofu is my 5⭐️ favorite! Both salmon dishes of our guests were superb and the blueberry sundae with vegan vanilla ice cream is the best ever❣️

What a great spot for sunset dinner and drinks. Cocktails and fresh juices are both lovely, misters for the Summer and heaters for the Winter make the patio a perfect spot!

First time visiting this establishment due to receiving a gift card as a birthday gift. I highly recommend the Brussel sprout app. The holiday cocktail flight was surprisingly delicious and not watered down what so ever. Our main course did take a bit to arrive but besides that it was an overall good experience. Might I add, their hatch chili ranch pairs very well with various dishes.
Update: I came back to try Chef Matt’s Holiday meal and not only were the dishes delicious but our server Grace, was a sweet heart. She was extremely attentive to us and kept our table clean of clutter. Which is why I updated from 4-5stars. The peach lemonade is a must have if you’re visiting for the first time.

Upscale restaurant with many healthy, high quality choices. Maybe a 1-time thing for me due to the prices. Very attentive and friendly wait staff.

Our server Chanel was fantastic and absolutely elevated our experience! As soon as we sat down she quickly recommended two fantastic starters and I ordered them cause she was so prompt with her suggestions!! The edamame dumplings (drink the broth!) were fantastic! She was ever present, never intrusive and while the food here is always good, I think the being-looked-after experience made it worth it!! We are definitely coming back!

The food at True Kitchen is both healthy and delicious! Starting your day with fresh guacamole and a simple salad is the perfect choice. And let’s not forget the Bloody Mary made with Tito’s, it’s simply divine! The atmosphere is fantastic, with a vibrant indoor/outdoor bar that makes the experience even better. Stop by, enjoy a wholesome meal, and treat yourself to a refreshing drink!

We have NEVER had a bad meal, nor a bad experience here. I have a very odd allergy- I am allergic to beef. This means I can’t have anything grilled on the same grill or cooktop. They are always so precious and accommodating with my allergy, and allow me to order a turkey burger, which they cook separately. Casey and Grace are our two favorite servers, and we feel like Norm on Cheers, anytime we walk in, and are greeted with such genuine enthusiasm.
Their fries - best in show. The espresso martini? Hands down, the very best. The butternut squash pizza is my favorite, and my husband loves the grass fed burger and chicken Parmesan. But this particular location with their kitchen staff, bartenders, wait staff and managers? Best on the west coast. Period. So so grateful for this location, their staff and food!

It is so hard to eat clean while traveling, but it's easy to keep track of your macros here. My pickup orders were always ready right on time at noon—zero waiting around.
Most dishes I tried were delicious, and I love how many unique ingredients they pack into each bowl. The grilled chicken was perfectly tender, the squash pizza was very tasty, and the salads were fresh. I also particularly loved the air-fried fries and the dipping sauce they come with.
the antibiotic-free chicken was pretty dry and a bit over-seasoned/salty. The burger bun was kinda tough. The sweet potatoes in the ancient grain bowl were burnt dark on one side, so I had to eat carefully to avoid those parts.
I’ve been to the Phoenix location and I like it a lot. Is the food something you could replicate or even improve on at home? Sure. But when you're traveling and want a solid, healthy option for eating out, it completely hits the spot. XD
